The Company shall notify the Customer of the contents of the Personal Information Processing Policy or Terms of Use before clicking the "I Agree" or "I Disagree" button.
If the Customer clicks the "I agree" button, this gives the Company permission to collect personal information.

12. Matters Concerning The Change Of Personal Information Processing Policy
